This gift basket includes an assortment of chocolate bars from Raleigh's very own chocolate factory, Videri!  The friendly faces at the factory welcome anyone to come and watch as they create wonderful chocolate, from the bean, everyday.  They teach about the importance of high quality ingredients and are hoping to change the face of fine, hand-crafted, artisan chocolate. Their most popular, the classic dark chocolate, is a 70% cocoa percentage bar with  robust blend of Central and South American cocoa, tempered to a smooth finish. Since they roast their beans to perfection their dark chocolate bar has rich taste, wthout the bitter or burnt flavors other dark chocolates have.  Other bars included in this gift basket are, Milk Chocolate, Sea Salt, Pink Peppercorn, and Blueberry Milk Chocolate.  Although not pictured in this photo, the gift basket is wrapped nicely and tied with a bow.
